Booking and cancellation policy

1. How to book

You choose the type of session — discovery, individual, or one within your four-session package — and click to see available times. That opens the booking calendar, where you confirm your slot.

2. Confirmation

You receive email confirmation as soon as you book. If you left your phone number, Lucía also sends you a WhatsApp reminder before the session — that is a courtesy from her, not an obligation of the site, and your session is confirmed either way if you did not leave it.

3. Rescheduling and cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 h before your session. Within that window, or if you cannot give notice in time, write to us and we will work it out case by case.

4. Payment

The discovery session is free. Individual sessions and sessions within the four-session package are settled directly with Lucía, by bank transfer or Bizum, once the session is arranged: the site does not take payment yet.

5. Schedule changes

If your usual time slot stops working for you, write to us at the email in the legal notice and we will find an alternative.
